Tech Innovation Hub LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the VeloxaHost cloud platform, Veloxa Build and related websites. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with those services.

We collect information you provide (such as account registration details, billing contacts, and support requests), technical data automatically logged when you use the service (such as IP addresses, device and browser characteristics, and timestamps), and operational data needed to run and secure the platform.

We use this information to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process billing, detect abuse and security incidents, comply with law, and communicate with you about the service.

We use cookies and similar technologies where necessary for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

On this website, Google Analytics runs in Google's Consent Mode on every visit. Until you accept it, it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device: it sends Google only cookieless pings (the page you visit, your browser and IP address, without an identifier), which Google uses for aggregate, modelled statistics. Accepting lets it set its cookies. Microsoft Clarity, where enabled, is loaded only after you accept. With your acceptance we also keep, for 90 days, a first-party cookie recording the campaign link or website that brought you here (for example utm_source or a referral code). If you create an account, it is stored with your organization so we know which campaigns work. Choosing "Accept all" also lets Google Ads store a cookie that records the ad click, so we can measure which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases; it is never used to show you personalised ads. "Analytics only" leaves it out, and rejecting deletes these cookies.

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the service: Stripe (payments, invoices and billing details), Metronome (usage-based billing for servers), Cloudflare (network, DNS and bot protection), our email provider (account and service email), the AI model providers behind the support assistant and Veloxa Build, and, on this website, Google (Analytics: cookieless pings without your consent, as described above, and cookies and Google Ads measurement only with it) and, only with your consent, Microsoft (Clarity). They process it on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business needs such as dispute resolution.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
