Veloxa Build Terms
Last updated: October 11, 2026. This page is provided for transparency. It does not constitute legal advice; consult qualified counsel for your situation.
About these terms
These terms apply to Veloxa Build: the AI website and app builder at build.veloxahost.com, the sites and apps you publish with it on veloxa.site addresses or on your own domains, and the Veloxa Build plans sold in the VeloxaHost console. They supplement the VeloxaHost Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where these terms and the Terms of Service differ about Veloxa Build, these terms apply.
Veloxa Build is used through a VeloxaHost organization. The organization holds the plan, and its owners and admins are responsible for how its members use Veloxa Build.
Plans and AI usage
Each plan includes an amount of AI usage per calendar month (UTC), shown in US dollars at our published per-model rates, shared by everyone who builds for the organization. When it is used up, AI pauses until the next month or until you choose a bigger plan; your published sites keep working. Unused AI usage does not carry over unless the plan says so.
Plans also limit published sites, custom domains, storage, form submissions and fair-use bandwidth. The current plans, limits and AI rates are on the pricing page and in the console under Settings, Add-ons. The free plan is for trying Veloxa Build and may be limited, changed or withdrawn.
Your content and the AI's output
You keep all rights in what you give Veloxa Build: prompts, text, images, files and data. As between you and VeloxaHost, the output generated for you (code, text and designs) belongs to you, and to the extent we have any rights in it, we assign them to you. You give us only the permissions we need to run the service for you: to store, process, display and publish your content and output as you direct.
We do not use your prompts, files, code or output to train AI models, and we require the same of the AI providers we use. AI output is not unique: other users may receive similar output, and you get no exclusive rights in output generated for others.
Using AI output responsibly
AI makes mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or similar to existing material owned by others. Review and test what Veloxa Build makes before you publish or rely on it, especially code that handles payments, personal data or security. Output is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
You are responsible for what you publish, including the rights to any text, images, names and trademarks in it, and for the apps you build: if an app collects personal data, you are its controller and must give its users the notices and choices the law requires.
Prompts and files are sent to the AI providers that power Veloxa Build to produce output. Do not enter information you are not allowed to share, and do not use Veloxa Build for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review.
Acceptable use
You may not use Veloxa Build, or publish anything with it, that:
- is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers children, or depicts real people in sexual content without their consent;
- phishes, impersonates a person, brand or organization, or otherwise deceives visitors (for example fake shops, login pages or giveaways);
- distributes malware, mines cryptocurrency in visitors' browsers, or attacks or probes other systems;
- sends spam or hosts content advertised through spam;
- harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hatred against people;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- collects personal or payment data without a lawful basis and a clear notice; or
- circumvents plan limits, AI allowances, billing, or the safety systems of Veloxa Build or its AI providers, including through automated or shared accounts.
Form submissions
Sites published with Veloxa Build can take form submissions, for example contact, booking or order forms. What visitors send is stored in the site's inbox in the builder, and the site's owner can be emailed about each submission.
We process the personal data in form submissions on behalf of the organization that owns the site. That organization is the controller of that data and VeloxaHost is its processor: the organization decides what its forms ask for and what it does with the answers, and must tell its visitors, for example in the site's own privacy notice, who it is, why it collects the data and how long it keeps it. Do not use forms to collect payment card details, passwords, or special categories of personal data such as health information.
Submissions are kept until the organization deletes them. They are kept when a site is unpublished, including when it is unpublished because the plan's limits were enforced after a downgrade, and they are back in the inbox when the site is published again. When a site is deleted, on its own or with its organization, its submissions are deleted 30 days later.
To protect sites and their owners from spam and abuse, forms are rate limited, accept submissions only from the site's own pages, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. We do not store visitors' IP addresses with their submissions. Each plan includes a number of submissions a month for the organization, shown on the pricing page; above it, a site stops accepting new submissions until the next month and visitors are told it is not accepting messages right now.
Published sites, domains and takedowns
Addresses on veloxa.site remain ours; we let you use them while your organization uses Veloxa Build and may reclaim names that are unused, misleading or reserved. You may connect a custom domain only if you own or control it.
To report a site or app published with Veloxa Build, on veloxa.site or a custom domain, use the abuse report form. Copyright complaints should identify the work, the material and where it is, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
We may unpublish a site, disable a custom domain, pause AI, or suspend an organization when we receive a credible report, when the law requires it, or to protect visitors, our network or others. Where we can, we tell the organization what was affected and why, and how to respond or appeal. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Billing and renewals
Paid plans are priced per organization and charged in advance for each calendar month (or year, where offered), through the payment method on your VeloxaHost account. The first charge covers the rest of the current month, prorated. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
An upgrade takes effect at once; you are charged the difference for the rest of the current period, prorated. A move to a cheaper plan takes effect at the end of the current period, and the plan you paid for stays until then.
We may change plan prices. Existing subscriptions get at least 30 days' notice by email, and a new price applies from the first period that starts after the notice period. You may change or cancel your plan before then.
If a payment fails we retry it over several days and tell the organization's owners and admins. If it still cannot be collected, the plan ends and the organization moves to the free plan.
Cancellation and refunds
Owners and admins can cancel a plan at any time in the console under Settings, Add-ons. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: the plan and its allowances stay until then, and you are not charged again.
Fees are not refunded and no credit is given for partial months, unused AI usage, or a plan cancelled or downgraded during a period, except where the law requires a refund or where we end the service for reasons other than a breach of these terms, in which case we refund the unused part of the period. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
If you are a consumer with a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital services (for example in the EU or UK), that right applies as the law provides. By starting to use a paid plan during the withdrawal period you ask us to begin at once, and if you withdraw, you pay for what you used up to that point.
Downgrades and plan limits
If, after a downgrade, cancellation or ended payment, your organization has more published sites or custom domains than its plan allows, we email the owners the list. After a grace period of 14 days we unpublish the newest sites over the limit and deactivate the custom domains over the limit. Your project files are not deleted, and the form submissions of a site we unpublish are kept: you can publish again once you have room or a bigger plan, and its submissions are back in its inbox.
Taxes
Prices are shown without taxes unless stated otherwise. We add sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes where we are required to collect them, based on the billing address and tax ID on your account, and show them on the invoice. If you provide a valid business tax ID where a reverse charge applies, you account for the tax yourself. You are responsible for any other taxes that apply to your purchase.
Deleting an organization
When an organization is deleted, its plan ends and we remove its Veloxa Build custom domains and the published sites, form submissions, files and builder accounts of members who belong to no other organization. Download any code and export any submissions you want to keep first. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time until they are overwritten.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a material change we give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the console before it applies to an existing paid plan. The date above shows when they last changed.
