Pick Veloxa Build if

  • You want a free plan that publishes a public site, not a trial.
  • You want to pay monthly: Veloxa Build Pro is $25 a month, where Hostinger's prices are for 48 months paid upfront.
  • You want to download your code on the Free plan, and to keep your version history when you restore an earlier version.
  • You also run servers, or plan to: a VeloxaHost VPS from $4/month is billed to the same VeloxaHost account.

Pick Hostinger Horizons if

  • You want the lowest monthly price and are happy to pay for 48 months upfront.
  • Your site takes payments or sends email: Hostinger works with Stripe and sends automated emails, and Veloxa Build has neither.
  • You need a custom domain today, or want one free for the first year.
  • You want email mailboxes and web hosting from the same company as the builder.
Switching

Switching from Hostinger Horizons

Veloxa Build has no importer for Hostinger AI Builder projects, so switching means rebuilding your site in Veloxa Build, with the Hostinger version as the reference.

How to move

  1. Get your files out of Hostinger: open the project, go to the Code tab and choose Export code to download a zip.
  2. Start a project in Veloxa Build and attach what you need to your first message: images and logos, text and code files, PDFs. Attachments are saved in your project, and the AI can read the text, code and PDF files you attach.
  3. Describe the site you want, then refine it by chatting or by clicking elements in the live preview.
  4. Publish to an address like yourname.veloxa.site, and keep your Hostinger site live until the new one does everything you need.

What does not carry over

  • Veloxa Build does not run a Hostinger project as it is: it writes its own version from your description and the files you attach.
  • Data in Hostinger's built-in backend (user accounts, form entries, stored files) is not part of the export and does not move over.
  • Stripe payments and automated emails do not carry over: there is no payments integration or email sending here.
  • Custom domains in Veloxa Build are coming soon, so leave your domain on the Hostinger site until they ship.

Is Hostinger Horizons still available?

Hostinger now sells it as the agentic mode of Hostinger AI Builder; its refund policy calls the plan "Hostinger AI Builder Agentic (formerly Hostinger Horizons)". This page compares that product with Veloxa Build.

Which costs less?

Hostinger's introductory prices are lower per month ($2.99 to $7.99) but are paid for 48 months upfront and renew at $10.99 to $25.99 a month. Veloxa Build has a free plan, and Pro is $25 a month on monthly billing, with $20 of AI usage.

Can I use my own domain?
