From and bill to
Your business name, address, email, phone and an optional tax or VAT number; the client's name, address and email.
Invoice details
Invoice number, issue date and due date.
Line items and totals
Rows of item, quantity and price that you add and remove, a subtotal, a discount and a tax percentage, and the total due, in one of nine currencies.
Notes, new invoice and print
A field for payment details and notes, a New invoice button, and Print / Save PDF, which prints the invoice without the toolbar.

What it saves, and for whom
For a signed-in visitor, the app keeps their business details and their latest invoice in its built-in database, under their own sign-in. Visitors who do not sign in can still use it, but nothing is kept when they close the page. Creating and printing work either way.

What happens when you start
Step 1: Open it as your own project
“Start from this template” opens Veloxa Build at build.veloxahost.com. Sign in with your VeloxaHost account if you are not already, and the Invoice Generator files are copied into a new project of yours. Copying the template uses no AI.
Step 2: Change it by chatting
Type what to change, or click an element in the live preview and say what you want. Each change uses AI usage from your plan; the Free plan includes $1 a month.
Step 3: Go back to the original
The untouched template is saved as the project's first version, so you can restore it from the history whenever a change goes the wrong way.
Step 4: Publish when it is yours
Publish puts the site on an address like yourname.veloxa.site, with HTTPS. Custom domains are coming soon. Until you publish, the project is a private draft.

- Does it send the invoice to my client?
- No. It prints or saves a PDF, which you send yourself. The app sends no email.
- Can clients pay the invoice online?
- No. The builder has no payments. Put your bank or payment details in the notes field.
- Does it keep a list of past invoices?
- It keeps the latest one and your business details. Ask the AI for an invoice history if you want every invoice kept.
- Is it accounting or tax software?
- No. It is a simple invoice maker. Check that your invoices carry what your local tax rules require.
