For accountants and bookkeepers

Veloxa Build: The AI website builder for accountants and bookkeepers

People hire an accountant to bring order to their paperwork, and they judge that first by the website. Describe your practice, the clients you take and how you charge, and Veloxa Build makes a tidy site with your services, your fees and a clear way to start, then changes it in a sentence when your prices or the season do.

What it needs

What an accounting practice website needs

A prospect arrives with two questions: can this firm handle my situation, and what will it cost? The site should answer both before the first call.

  • Services in the client's words

Personal returns, bookkeeping, payroll and year-end accounts, described by the situation a client is in rather than only by the name of the form.

  • Fees, or at least where they start

Fixed-fee packages or a starting price per service. It turns away the enquiries you would decline and gives the right ones the confidence to ask.

  • An enquiry that saves a call

Business type, the service needed and the deadline, so the first conversation starts from the facts instead of collecting them.

  • What to send, and by when

A page listing the documents you need from new clients and the dates you work to, which you can link to every season instead of retyping it.

With Veloxa Build

What Veloxa Build makes for an accounting practice

Describe the practice as you would to a new hire: who you serve, what you charge and how work comes in. The first version appears in the live preview next to the chat.

  • A practice site with your packages

Services, a fixed-fee comparison table and an about section with your qualifications. Change a fee by saying so, check it in the preview, then publish.

  • An enquiry form for new clients

It asks for the business type, the service, the deadline and a phone number. Each enquiry lands in your Inbox in the builder, with an email if you want one, and exports as CSV.

  • A checklist page per service

A plain page listing what a client must send you for each kind of work, so the start of the season is one link rather than a long email.

  • Small tools for your own desk

A deadline tracker or a document checklist that you sign in to. Its records are saved under your login between visits, and nobody else can see them.

Starter prompt

Start from this prompt

Open it in the builder with the text filled in but not sent, change the names, prices and details to yours, then send it.

Accounting practice

Accountant or bookkeeper website

Services, fixed-fee packages, a new-client checklist and an enquiry form.

Build a website for my accounting practice, Ledgerline Accounts, which does bookkeeping, payroll and tax returns for sole traders and small companies. Sections: a hero with one clear line about who we help and a 'Book a free call' button; our services, each with what is included and a starting price; three fixed-fee packages in a comparison table; a 'What we need from you' checklist for new clients; the key filing dates we work to, which I will fill in; an about section with our qualifications; and an enquiry form asking for name, business type, the service needed, the deadline and a phone number, with each enquiry sent to my Inbox. Calm, orderly design in navy and white, easy to read on a phone.

What it does not do for accountants

It does not take payments or collect client documents: forms take text, not file uploads. It does not connect to your practice or tax software, and it does not send reminder emails to clients. A tool you build keeps each signed-in person's records separate, so a client list shared by the whole team is not possible yet.

After the first version

  • “Give each service its own page with a short FAQ.”
  • “Add a notice at the top saying we are not taking new clients until April.”
Ready-made template

Or start from a finished site

“Start from this template” opens the builder and makes a copy of the template your own project, with its forms already working. Then tell the AI what to change.

FAQ

Accountants ask

Can clients upload their documents through the site?
No. Forms on the site take text fields only, so documents still reach you the way they do today. What the site can do is publish a clear list of what to send and collect the enquiry that starts the work.
Should I put a tax calculator on my site?
It can help: a simple estimate answers a question people search for. The builder writes the formula in plain JavaScript that you can download and check line by line, and you should, before anything goes out under your firm's name. Label the result as an estimate, not advice.
Who can see the enquiries?
Only you, in your Inbox in the builder, with an email per enquiry if you turn that on. Publishing the site does not publish what visitors send. The Free plan includes 100 form submissions a month across your organization's sites.
Can a partner or assistant work on the site?
On a paid plan, yes. Plans belong to your VeloxaHost organization, so colleagues can build without a fee per person. Free is a single-person plan.
Can the site use our firm's domain?
Not yet: custom domains are on the way for paid plans. Today the site is published with HTTPS at an address like yourname.veloxa.site, or you can download it and have your current web host serve it on your domain.

Every kind of site

Each page has its own starter prompt and a plain list of what the builder does not do for that business.
