For event and wedding planners

Veloxa Build: The AI website builder for event and wedding planners

Every event brings the same questions: what time, where to park, what to wear, and did my RSVP arrive? Describe the event the way you write the client brief, and Veloxa Build makes a site that answers them, collects the replies, and changes in a sentence when the timings move.

What it needs

What an event website has to do

Guests open an event site from the invitation on their phone, usually to check one detail. The planner needs the replies in a shape the caterer can use.

  • The details guests ask about

Date, schedule, venue, parking, dress code and places to stay, on one page instead of scattered across messages to the hosts.

  • RSVPs with the right questions

Attending or not, how many, meal choice and dietary needs, so the headcount arrives with what the kitchen needs to know.

  • One place with the current timings

When the ceremony moves by an hour, the site is where everyone finds the new time, guests and vendors alike.

  • A portfolio for your own business

Past events, the services you offer and an enquiry form, so the next couple or company can find and book you.

With Veloxa Build

What Veloxa Build makes for an event planner

Paste the brief you already wrote for the client: date, venue, timings, palette. The builder styles the site to the event, and you can refine it with the client on a call.

  • A site per event

Duplicate last month's event project, change the names, date and colours, and publish. Each event gets its own address for the invitation or a QR code.

  • RSVP collection

Each reply lands in your Inbox in the builder, with an email if you want one. Export the replies as CSV for the caterer and the seating plan.

  • A run-of-show page

The day's timeline as a page you share with vendors and the venue, updated once by you instead of re-sent to everyone.

  • A planner portfolio

Past events built from the photos you attach, your packages, and an enquiry form asking for the date, the guest count and a budget range.

Starter prompt

Start from this prompt

Open it in the builder with the text filled in but not sent, change the names, prices and details to yours, then send it.

Event

Wedding or event website

Schedule, venue details, dress code and an RSVP form with meal choices.

Build a wedding website for a couple getting married on 14 September at a country estate (I will add their names). Sections: their names and the date in an elegant serif; a short paragraph about the two of them; the day's schedule (ceremony at 4:00, drinks at 5:00, dinner and dancing from 6:30); the venue with directions, parking and places to stay nearby; the dress code; and an RSVP form asking for name, attending or not, number of guests, a meal choice of beef, fish or vegetarian, and dietary needs, with each reply sent to my Inbox. Romantic, editorial design that works well on phones.

What it does not do for event planners

It does not sell tickets or take payments, and it does not send invitations, reminders or confirmation emails to guests: you share the link, and replies come to you. A published site can be opened by anyone with its address, so keep private details off it. Each live event site counts towards your plan's published sites (1 on Free, 5 on Starter, 25 on Pro).

After the first version

  • “Add a run-of-show page for the vendors with each cue's time, owner and location.”
  • “Move the ceremony to 3:30 and shift the rest of the schedule to match.”
Ready-made template

Or start from a finished site

“Start from this template” opens the builder and makes a copy of the template your own project, with its forms already working. Then tell the AI what to change.

FAQ

Planners ask

Do guests need an account to RSVP?
No. Guests open the link, fill in the form and are done. Accounts only matter for your own tools, such as a vendor tracker that you sign in to.
Is the guest list private?
The replies go to your Inbox in the builder, which only you can see; the public site shows the event, never the replies. Share the list with the hosts or the caterer as a CSV export.
Can every client get their own site?
Yes. Duplicate a finished event project as the starting point for the next. How many can be live at once depends on the plan: 1 on Free, 5 on Starter and 25 on Pro.
Can guests buy tickets or pay a deposit?
No. There are no payments in Veloxa Build. For a ticketed event, link to the ticketing service you use; for a wedding, the site can link to the gift list.
What happens to the site after the event?
Unpublish it, or leave it up with a thank-you note and a link to the photos. The project stays in your account either way, ready to duplicate for the next event.

Every kind of site

Each page has its own starter prompt and a plain list of what the builder does not do for that business.
