For real estate agents

Veloxa Build: The AI website builder for real estate agents

Buyers open listing links standing outside the house, and sellers look you up before they call. Describe a property or your own business, and Veloxa Build makes a page with the photos, the facts and a way to ask for a showing, with every enquiry going to your own Inbox rather than a portal's.

What it needs

What an agent's website needs

Two jobs: make each listing look worth a visit, and make sure no enquiry goes cold.

  • A page per listing

Photos, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, the highlights and the open house time, at one link you can print on the sign.

  • Showing requests

Name, phone, a preferred time and whether they already have an agent, in one short form.

  • Local knowledge

Neighbourhood pages on schools, transport and the streets you know, which is what buyers actually search for.

  • Your record and your terms

Recent sales, how you work with sellers and buyers, and the disclosures your brokerage requires.

With Veloxa Build

What Veloxa Build makes for an agent

Describe the listing as you would to a buyer and attach the photos. The page assembles in the live preview, ready to adjust before your first showing.

  • Listing pages

One property with a gallery, key details, a map section and a showing request form. Each request lands in your Inbox, with an email if you want one.

  • An open house sign-in

A large, simple form for a tablet by the door that sends each visitor's details to your Inbox and clears itself for the next person.

  • Neighbourhood guides

Pages on the details buyers ask about, written from your notes, with your contact details on each one.

  • Your agent site

Current listings, past sales and a valuation request form for sellers, all under your own name.

Starter prompt

Open it in the builder with the text filled in but not sent, change the names, prices and details to yours, then send it.

Property listing

Real estate listing page

One property with a gallery, key details, an open house banner and showing requests.

Build a single-listing page for a four-bedroom house at 42 Cedar Lane. Sections: a large hero photo; a gallery for the photos I will attach; key details (price, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, plot size, year built); a list of highlights; an open house banner with the date and time; a map section; and a showing request form asking for name, phone, preferred time and whether they already have an agent, with each request sent to my Inbox. Put my name, brokerage and licence number in the footer. Elegant, phone-first design.

What it does not do for agents

It does not pull listings from a property feed or the MLS, take payments or book viewings into a calendar: you add each property by describing it, and you confirm showings yourself. Each published site counts towards your plan (5 on Starter, 25 on Pro), so the simplest setup is one site with a page per listing. Custom domains are coming soon; until then your site is published with HTTPS at an address like yourname.veloxa.site.

After the first version

  • “Add a section on the neighbourhood: schools, transport and parks.”
  • “Mark the house as under offer and hide the open house banner.”
FAQ

Agents ask

Can it show my listings automatically from the MLS?
No. There is no listing feed. You add or update a property by describing it and attaching the photos, and you take the page down when it sells.
Do the leads belong to me?
Yes. Showing requests and open house sign-ins go to your Inbox in the builder, under your own account, and you can export them as CSV whenever you like.
Can I include my brokerage's required disclosures?
Yes. Put the brokerage name, licence number and fair housing notice in your prompt and they become part of every page. Check the result against your brokerage's rules before you publish.
One site for all listings, or one per property?
Either. A page per listing inside one site keeps everything under one address and one published site. A separate site per property gives each its own address, but each one counts towards your plan's published sites.

Every kind of site

Each page has its own starter prompt and a plain list of what the builder does not do for that business.
