For therapists and counselors

Veloxa Build: The AI website builder for therapists and counselors

Someone reading a therapist's website is often having a hard week. Describe who you help and how you work, in your own voice, and Veloxa Build makes a quiet, clear site with your fees and a gentle first step, which you can soften or tighten simply by saying so.

What it needs

What a therapy practice website needs

The reader is deciding whether it feels safe to reach out. Clarity and tone matter more here than features.

  • Who you help, in plain words

The concerns you work with and the people you see, without jargon or a list of every approach you trained in.

  • The practical details

Fees, any sliding scale, session length, in person or online, and insurance, so the money question is answered before it is asked.

  • A low-pressure first contact

A short form that asks enough for a useful reply without asking a stranger to disclose too much.

  • Resources between sessions

Exercises, reading lists and crisis numbers on pages you can send after a session instead of a handout that gets lost.

With Veloxa Build

What Veloxa Build makes for a therapist

Describe the feeling you want ("warm, not clinical, plenty of space") and the builder turns it into spacing, colour and type. Adjust the wording sentence by sentence until it reads like you.

  • A calm practice site

Who you help, how you work, fees and policies, and your credentials, with generous space and nothing competing for attention.

  • A considered contact form

First name, how to reach them, availability and an optional line on what they hope to work on. Each message lands in your Inbox in the builder, visible only to you.

  • Consultation requests

List this week's free consultation times and let people ask for one. You call to arrange it, so there is no calendar to keep in step.

  • Group and workshop pages

Dates, format, fee and a sign-up form for a group, closed with one message when the places are filled.

Therapy practice

Therapist or counselor website

Who you help, how you work, fees and a gentle contact form.

Build a website for my private therapy practice. Sections: a calm hero that says who I help (adults with anxiety, grief and big life changes); how I work, in plain language; session length and fees, with a note about a sliding scale; an about section with my credentials and a photo area; practical details (location, online sessions, insurance); and a short contact form asking for first name, how to reach them, availability and, optionally, what they hope to work on, with each message sent to my Inbox. Add a note by the form that it is not for emergencies, with crisis numbers I will fill in. Soft, quiet design with generous white space.

What it does not do for therapists

It is not a clinical records, telehealth or billing system: it does not store session notes, take payments, run video sessions or book appointments into a calendar. Use it for your public site and first contact, and keep clinical information in software contracted for it under the rules that apply to you.

After the first version

  • “Add a page for my eight-week mindfulness group with a sign-up form.”
  • “Make the wording on the home page warmer and less formal.”
FAQ

Therapists ask

Can I use it for client notes or records?
No. Treat it as your public practice website. Session notes and treatment records belong in software that is explicitly contracted for health data under the regulations that apply to you, such as HIPAA in the United States.
What should the contact form ask?
As little as gives you a useful first reply: a first name, a way to reach them, availability and an optional line about what they are looking for. Tell the builder what not to ask, and add a note that the form is not for emergencies, with crisis numbers.
Can I add client testimonials?
Many professional codes restrict testimonials from clients. The builder writes what you ask for, so leave them out if your code says so, and let your approach and credentials do the work instead.
I am not technical at all. Is this realistic?
Yes. You describe, it builds, and you say what to adjust. The builder checks its own work after each change, and every version is kept, so you can always go back.

Every kind of site

Each page has its own starter prompt and a plain list of what the builder does not do for that business.
