For bakeries

Veloxa Build: The AI website builder for bakeries

A bakery's best advertising is a photo of this morning's tray. Describe your shop, attach your photos, and Veloxa Build makes a site around them: what is baked today, the cakes you take orders for, and when to come before it sells out.

What it needs

What a bakery website needs

Bakeries sell two different things: what is on the counter today, and what someone orders weeks ahead. The site has to serve both customers.

  • Today's bakes

Breads and pastries with prices, and a clear way to say something has sold out so nobody makes a wasted trip.

  • Custom cake orders

Sizes, starting prices, lead times and photos of past cakes, so enquiries arrive with the details you need instead of "how much is a cake?"

  • Collection pre-orders

A way to reserve a sourdough loaf or a box of pastries for Saturday morning before the queue forms.

  • Allergens and opening hours

A plain allergen note and hours that match the door, including the early close on Sundays.

With Veloxa Build

What Veloxa Build makes for a bakery

Attach photos of your bakes when you describe the site. The builder saves them in the project and places them where you ask.

  • A photo-first home page

Your own pictures of loaves, pastries and cakes, laid out large. Ask for a different arrangement and it rearranges them; click one in the preview to swap it.

  • A pre-order request form

Customers choose items and a collection time. Each request lands in your Inbox, ready to check each morning, with an email per order if you want it.

  • A custom cakes page

Sizes, flavours, starting prices and a gallery of past work, plus an enquiry form that asks for the date, the number of guests and any allergies.

  • Quick seasonal changes

"Add hot cross buns from next week" or "show a closed banner until the 3rd": one message each, then publish the change when you are happy with it.

Bakery website

Daily bakes, custom cake enquiries and a pre-order request form.

Build a website for my bakery, Rise & Crumb. Sections: a hero with our name and the line 'Baked before sunrise'; a 'Today's bakes' list of breads and pastries with prices, and a 'sold out' label for items that have run out; a custom cakes page with a gallery area for photos of past cakes, the sizes we offer and starting prices; a pre-order request form for collection orders asking for the items, the collection day and time, name and phone, with each order sent to my Inbox; our opening hours and address; and a note on allergens. Soft cream and brown colours, friendly rounded type, and photos front and centre.

What it does not do for bakeries

It does not take payments or deposits, so pre-orders and cake enquiries are requests you confirm and take payment for yourself.

After the first version

  • “Add a wedding cakes section with a consultation request form.”
  • “Show a banner when we are closed for the holidays, with the date we reopen.”
FAQ

Bakers ask

Can customers pay for a pre-order on the site?
Not yet. Veloxa Build has no payments, so the site collects the request and you take payment at collection or however you do today.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes. Attach them in the chat and the builder saves them with your project and uses them where you say. Photos you take on your phone are fine.
How do I mark something as sold out?
Tell the builder ("mark the cardamom buns as sold out") and publish. It is one message, so you can do it from your phone between batches.
