For nonprofits and charities

Veloxa Build: The AI website builder for nonprofits and charities

Many nonprofit websites were built by a volunteer who has since moved on. Describe your organization, its programs and how people can help, and Veloxa Build makes a site owned by the organization's account, which the next coordinator can update by typing a sentence.

What it needs

What a nonprofit website needs

Visitors are would-be volunteers, donors and the people you serve. Each of them should find their part in a tap or two.

  • The mission on one screen

Who you serve, what you do and evidence that it works, put plainly enough for a first-time visitor.

  • Ways to help

Volunteer roles and shifts with a signup form, not just an email address and a hope that someone writes.

  • Events with replies

A page per fundraiser or open day with an RSVP form, so you know how many people to plan for.

  • A clear route to give

A donate button that goes to the giving platform you already use, next to the story that makes people want to press it.

With Veloxa Build

What Veloxa Build makes for a nonprofit

Start from your mission statement and your list of programs. The builder lays out the site, and you can walk the board through the live preview before anything is published.

  • Program pages

One page per program, with times and places that the person running it can change by asking: "move the pantry to Tuesday evenings".

  • Volunteer and RSVP forms

Signups and replies land in your Inbox in the builder, with an email for each if you want, and export as CSV for the roster.

  • A donate section that links out

The case for giving and a button to your existing giving page. The builder never handles donors' payment details.

  • An impact page

The year's numbers and stories as a web page that reads well on a phone, instead of a PDF that few people open.

Starter prompt

Start from this prompt

Open it in the builder with the text filled in but not sent, change the names, prices and details to yours, then send it.

Nonprofit

Nonprofit or charity website

Mission, programs, volunteer shifts, events and a link to your giving page.

Build a website for our food bank, Harvest Hope, which serves two counties. Sections: a clear mission statement with one strong photo area; our three programs (pantry, meal delivery, community fridge) with times and places; upcoming events; a volunteer section listing shifts, with a signup form asking for name, email, phone and preferred shift that sends each signup to our Inbox; a donate section with a button linking to our existing giving page; and contact details with our opening hours. Warm, hopeful design that is easy to read for all ages.

What it does not do for nonprofits

It does not take donations or payments, and it does not send newsletters or receipts to donors. The Free plan includes 100 form submissions a month across the organization's sites, so a busy volunteer drive may need Starter, with 1,000.

After the first version

  • “Add an RSVP page for our harvest dinner fundraiser on 3 October.”
  • “Mark Saturday's warehouse shift as full.”
Ready-made template

Or start from a finished site

“Start from this template” opens the builder and makes a copy of the template your own project, with its forms already working. Then tell the AI what to change.

FAQ

Nonprofits ask

Can the site take donations?
No. Veloxa Build has no payments, so the donate button links to the processor or giving platform you already trust. The site does the part that persuades people to give.
Our volunteers change every year. Who maintains it?
The site belongs to the organization's VeloxaHost account, not to the person who built it. The next coordinator signs in, describes the change in plain language, and every earlier version is kept in case something goes wrong.
Where are volunteer details kept?
In the Inbox of the organization's account, not on a public page and not in a third-party form tool. Publishing the site does not publish the signups.
What does it cost a small organization?
You can start on Free: 1 published site and 100 form submissions a month. Paid plans start at $9 a month for the whole organization, not per person; the pricing page has the details.

Every kind of site

Each page has its own starter prompt and a plain list of what the builder does not do for that business.
