Veloxa Build: Build a booking request page with the AI website builder
Clients choose a service, a person and a time that suits them, and you confirm. That is a booking request, and it is what the Salon & Booking template takes; it is not an online booking system with live slots. Start from it and put in your services and team by chat.

Service, person (or no preference), a preferred date that refuses the days you are closed, a time of day, contact details, whether they have been before, and notes.
Hours next to the form
Opening hours by day and a phone number, for clients who would rather call.
The template
Start from the Salon & Booking template
“Start from this template” opens the builder and makes a copy of the template your own project, with its form or sign-in already working. Then tell the AI what to change.
Where requests go
Each request from the published site lands in your Inbox in the builder. You read it and confirm the appointment by text, phone or email, and you can turn on an email to yourself for each one. Clients need no account.

Limits
What it can and cannot do
Said plainly, so you know before you start whether it fits.
It can
- Take requests at any hour, with no account for the client
- Refuse the days you are closed in the date field
- Suit other services by appointment, such as barbers, tutors and trainers
It cannot
- It does not show free slots or stop two clients asking for the same time; you confirm each request.
- It does not send confirmations or reminders to clients by email or text.
- It does not take deposits or cancellation fees.
- It takes no payments: Veloxa Build has no checkout, no card payments and no deposits.
- It does not sync with Google, Outlook or Apple calendars, and nothing it builds shows free time slots.
- It sends no email to your visitors: a form shows a thank-you on the page, and an app sends no messages.
- Custom domains are not available yet (coming soon); until then it is published at an address like yourname.veloxa.site.
From template to live site
Publishing your booking request page
Step 1: Open the template as your project
“Start from the template” opens Veloxa Build at build.veloxahost.com and copies the Salon & Booking template into a new project of yours. Sign in with your VeloxaHost account if you are not already. Copying it uses no AI.
Step 2: Make it yours by chatting
Send the prompts above with your own details, or click an element in the preview and say what to change. Each change uses AI usage from your plan; the Free plan includes $1 a month.
Step 3: Try it in the preview
The live preview runs the page as you build it. A form you send there reaches your Inbox marked as a preview test, so you can check the fields before anyone else sees them.
Step 4: Publish on veloxa.site
Publish puts it on an address like yourname.veloxa.site, with HTTPS. Custom domains are coming soon. Until you publish, the project is a private draft, and every version can be restored from the history.
FAQ
Booking request page questions
- Is this an online booking system?
- No. It is a request form: clients choose a service, a person and a preferred time, and you confirm by text, phone or email. It does not show free slots, hold a time or sync with a calendar.
- Can I use it for a business that is not a salon?
- Yes. Tell the AI what you offer, such as lessons, sessions or repairs, with your prices and team, and it rewrites the services, the form and the wording around them.
- Can clients pay a deposit?
- No. The builder has no payments, so the form collects the request only.
- What if I already use a scheduling service?
- Ask the AI to put a link to it beside the form, or in place of it. The page then shows your services and prices, and the scheduling service handles the times.
- What does a booking request page cost?
- The Free plan costs nothing and includes 1 published site, 100 requests a month and $1 of AI usage a month for building. Starter is $9 a month with 1,000, and Pro $25 a month with 5,000. Submissions are counted per organization across all its sites, and the published page stays online when the AI usage runs out.
