Veloxa Build: Build an event RSVP page with the AI website builder
Guests want the date, the place and a way to reply; you want the replies in one list. Start from the Wedding & Event RSVP template, give the AI your names, date and venue, and send one link with the invitation.

Where it is, how to get there and where to stay. Paste the details from your venue's email and ask for them here.
An RSVP form
Names, email, yes or no, and for those coming: number of guests, dietary needs, a note and a song request. The extra questions hide when someone declines.
The template
Start from the Wedding & Event RSVP template
“Start from this template” opens the builder and makes a copy of the template your own project, with its form or sign-in already working. Then tell the AI what to change.
Where replies go
Each reply from the published page lands in your Inbox in the builder, which only you can see. Export the replies as CSV for the caterer and the seating plan, and turn on an email to yourself for each one if you want it.

Replace the parts in square brackets with your own details, then send one message at a time and check the preview after each.

Limits
What it can and cannot do
Said plainly, so you know before you start whether it fits.
It can
- Take replies from anyone with the link, with no account for guests
- Ask your own questions, such as a meal choice or seats on the shuttle
- Change any detail later and publish; guests see the update at the same address
It cannot
- It does not show guests who else is coming: replies go to your Inbox only.
- It does not limit the form to invited guests; share the address only with them and check names in the Inbox.
- It does not sell tickets; for a ticketed event, link to the ticketing service you use.
- It takes no payments: Veloxa Build has no checkout, no card payments and no deposits.
- It does not sync with Google, Outlook or Apple calendars, and nothing it builds shows free time slots.
- It sends no email to your visitors: a form shows a thank-you on the page, and an app sends no messages.
- Custom domains are not available yet (coming soon); until then it is published at an address like yourname.veloxa.site.
From template to live site
Publishing your RSVP page
Step 1: Open the template as your project
“Start from the template” opens Veloxa Build at build.veloxahost.com and copies the Wedding & Event RSVP template into a new project of yours. Sign in with your VeloxaHost account if you are not already. Copying it uses no AI.
Step 2: Make it yours by chatting
Send the prompts above with your own details, or click an element in the preview and say what to change. Each change uses AI usage from your plan; the Free plan includes $1 a month.
Step 3: Try it in the preview
The live preview runs the page as you build it. A form you send there reaches your Inbox marked as a preview test, so you can check the fields before anyone else sees them.
Step 4: Publish on veloxa.site
Publish puts it on an address like yourname.veloxa.site, with HTTPS. Custom domains are coming soon. Until you publish, the project is a private draft, and every version can be restored from the history.
FAQ
Event RSVP page questions
- Can guests see who else is coming?
- No. Replies go to your Inbox only, and the page shows the event, never the replies. A guest list that every visitor can read is not available yet.
- Can I ask for meal choices?
- Yes. Ask the AI to add the question with your options; each reply then arrives in the Inbox with the choice, and the CSV export has it as a column.
- Which time zone does the countdown use?
- The date and time set on the countdown, shown in each guest's own time zone. If the date moves, ask the AI to change the countdown with it.
- Can I keep the page private?
- A published page can be opened by anyone with the address, so share it only with your guests. Until you publish, the project is a private draft.
- What does an RSVP page cost?
- The Free plan costs nothing and includes 1 published site, 100 replies a month and $1 of AI usage a month for building. Starter is $9 a month with 1,000, and Pro $25 a month with 5,000. Submissions are counted per organization across all its sites, and the published page stays online when the AI usage runs out.
