An invoice page in your own colours that adds up the totals and prints cleanly. Start from the Invoice Generator template, then ask for your logo, your usual tax rate or a quote mode next to invoices.

Everything here is in the Invoice Generator template from the start. Keep it, change it or remove it by chat.
Your details and the client's
Business name, address, contact details and an optional tax or VAT number, then the client's name, address and email.
Line items and totals
Rows of item, quantity and price, a subtotal, a discount and a tax percentage, and the total due in one of nine currencies.
Print or save a PDF
Print / Save PDF prints the invoice without the toolbar; choose Save as PDF in the print dialog to keep a file.
Numbering and notes
An invoice number, issue and due dates, and a notes field for bank details and terms.
The template
Start from the Invoice Generator template
“Start from this template” opens the builder and makes a copy of the template your own project, with its form or sign-in already working. Then tell the AI what to change.
What it saves, and for whom
For a signed-in visitor, the app keeps their business details and their latest invoice in its built-in database under their own sign-in. Visitors who do not sign in can still make and print invoices, but nothing is kept when they close the page.

Limits
What it can and cannot do
Said plainly, so you know before you start whether it fits.
It can
- Add up line items, discount and tax as you type
- Print or save a PDF from the browser
- Remember a signed-in visitor's business details
It cannot
- It does not email invoices to clients; you send the PDF yourself.
- Clients cannot pay an invoice through it; put your bank details in the notes.
- It is not accounting or tax software; check that your invoices carry what your local rules require.
- AI features inside a published app are not available to its visitors yet.
- It takes no payments: Veloxa Build has no checkout, no card payments and no deposits.
- It does not sync with Google, Outlook or Apple calendars, and nothing it builds shows free time slots.
- It sends no email to your visitors: a form shows a thank-you on the page, and an app sends no messages.
- Custom domains are not available yet (coming soon); until then it is published at an address like yourname.veloxa.site.
From template to live site
Publishing your invoice generator
Step 1: Open the template as your project
“Start from the template” opens Veloxa Build at build.veloxahost.com and copies the Invoice Generator template into a new project of yours. Sign in with your VeloxaHost account if you are not already. Copying it uses no AI.
Step 2: Make it yours by chatting
Send the prompts above with your own details, or click an element in the preview and say what to change. Each change uses AI usage from your plan; the Free plan includes $1 a month.
Step 3: Try it in the preview
The live preview runs the app as you build it, so you can try every change before anyone else sees it.
Step 4: Publish on veloxa.site
Publish puts it on an address like yourname.veloxa.site, with HTTPS. Custom domains are coming soon. Until you publish, the project is a private draft, and every version can be restored from the history.

Invoice generator app questions
- Does it send invoices to my clients?
- No. It prints or saves a PDF, which you send yourself. The app sends no email.
- Does it keep my past invoices?
- It keeps the latest one and your business details. Ask the AI for an invoice history if you want every invoice kept under your sign-in.
- Can my team use it too?
- Yes, each person on their own: everyone who signs in keeps their own details and latest invoice. Data that every visitor shares, such as one list for the whole team, is not available yet.
- Is it accounting software?
- No. It is an invoice maker. It keeps no books and files nothing, so check that your invoices carry what your local tax rules require.
- What does an invoice generator app cost?
- The Free plan costs nothing and includes 1 published site, 1 GB of storage and $1 of AI usage a month for building. Starter is $9 a month with 5 published sites, and Pro $25 a month with 25 published sites. AI usage is spent while you build: the published app, its sign-ins and its saved data keep working when it runs out.
